The Duck Pond at Point Defiance Park is a popular spot for the kids who love spotting ducks, geese, and turtles. For parents, it’s a peaceful spot to take a breather and relax.

Plan your visit to end with a picnic along the pond and enjoy the sights and sounds of the waterfall

The duck pond is at the entrance to Point Defiance, with picnic tables, a footbridge and waterfall.  There are signs saying do not feed the ducks.  

Point Defiance Park is connected to Point Ruston by a footbridge. Cross the footbridge and enjoy other family friendly activities on the waterfront (~1 mile from the Duck Pond)
