5603 N Waterfront Dr, Tacoma, WA 98407Â
Have fun on the real life Chutes and Ladders that are equally entertaining (and tiring) for both kids and adults! You will find a set of six stairs and slides at the Dune Peninsula at Point Defiance Park in Tacoma, Washington – with each staircase, catch your breath and enjoy the scenery.
The slides are at the end of the new Wilson Way Bridge, that connects Ruston Way to Point Defiance. Watch the ferry dock and take off from this amazing vantage point.
On sunny days, the metal slides are very hot. Bring a blanket or towel to slide on! We were not prepared the first time going, however, as we left to continue our way to the Ruston waterfront, we saw a family bringing their own towels to slide on.Â
Check out our Stairs and Slides images, video, and 360 virtual tour below! Enjoy!
