Hey 12s, Get Ready for an Amazing Summer!
Seahawks fans, it’s time to gear up for the summer Seahawks Training Camp, a fun-filled, family-friendly event perfect for getting everyone excited for the upcoming football season! The camp runs through multiple weekends at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center in Renton.
Practice Times: In 2023, sessions were held at 10:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m., or 1:45 p.m., depending on the date. Stay tuned for the 2024 schedule, which will be released soon. Practices typically last about two hours, but this can vary.
Open to the Public? Yes! However, all attendees must pre-register and purchase a transportation voucher due to limited space. Only registered fans will be allowed to watch the practice.
Stay tuned to the Seahawks’ Instagram and website in mid-June for ticket announcements. Spots fill up quickly, especially on weekends, so don’t delay!

Get Your Tickets
Stay tuned to the Seahawks’ Instagram and website in mid-June for announcements about dates and registration links. Act fast, as these Seahawks Training Camp tickets are first-come, first-served and weekends fill up quickly.
- Group Reservations: Up to eight registrations per group.
- Children: Kids two years and younger are free and do not need a registration. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Fee: $15 per person (in 2023, tbd for 2024), covering the shuttle cost from Renton Landing to the Virginia Mason Athletic Center.
On Seahawks Training Camp Day
Arrive early to secure the best seats and participate in pre-practice activities at the Seahawks Training Camp. Make sure you have your Training Camp vouchers handy!
What to Pack
You’ll need to follow the clear bag policy.
- Training Camp Voucher
- Food: Snacks and lunch items. (you can purchase food at the training camp as well)
- Water Bottle: Factory-sealed reusable bottles are allowed; water dispensers are available for refills.
- Picnic Mat and Folding Chairs
- Hat and Sunglasses
- Item for Autographs and a Sharpie
- Clear bag
Where to Park
- Parking: Available on levels 3-4 of the Landing Parking Garage with additional parking across from Target. Follow the signs when you get there.
How to Check-In
- Location: Seahawks Pro Shop at Renton Landing
- Time: Opens 2 hours before practice and closes 30 minutes after practice starts.
- Shuttle: The first shuttle departs 15 minutes after check-in opens and runs regularly. You must take the shuttle to the practice facility.
Pre-Practice Activities
After getting off the shuttle, you’ll pass by food trucks (lines form early), various booths, and a free giveaway as you enter the facility. Enjoy the kid friendly games such as mini golf, ride the seesaws, and enjoy the photo-ops around the entrance.
- TIP: Save your seat first at the fireld, then explore the activities.
- Quickly find a seat, ideally lining up with the middle field for the best view.
How to Get Autographs
Toward the end of practice, line up along the fence with your item and sharpie for autographs. Not all players will sign, and there are no guarantees. For the best chance of getting autographs, line up as close to the building as possible, right up against the fence. Players are more likely to stop for young kids, so help your children get up front.
